We’ve made several updates to better serve Spanish-speaking customers across multiple banking channels.

Online Banking (Desktop)

Customers can now switch between English and Spanish directly within online banking. Simply select your preferred language from the menu and your banking experience will update automatically.

Mobile App

Using your phone in Spanish? The ZYNLO mobile app will automatically display in Spanish when your device’s language setting is set to Spanish. No additional setup is required.

Spanish Phone Support

Prefer to speak with someone in Spanish? Spanish-speaking representatives are available through our Customer Solutions team and are ready to assist with your banking needs.

ATM Banking in Spanish

Need cash or want to complete a transaction at an ATM? Many ATMs in the ZYNLO network offer Spanish-language options, making it easier to access your money and complete everyday banking transactions in your preferred language.

At this time, account documentation, statements, marketing emails and most customer communications are only available in English.

Yes. In online banking, you can switch between English and Spanish through the language selector. In the mobile app, the displayed language follows your device’s language settings.

Does changing my language preference affect my account?
